Description
The stainless steel probe measures the temperature in the centre of the meat, the tri-colour led indicates the three main levels of steak doneness: when the light is green, the steak is rare; when it is yellow, the steak is medium-rare; when it is red, the steak is well done. Universal, it can be used on the barbeque, in a skillet, or in the oven (up to 500 degrees Celsius) pre-programmed temperatures for beef, wild game meat, fish/salmon and duck breast. MADE IN GERMANY.
