Heavy quality iron coated with beeswax: protective coating against oxidation; facilitates seasoning. Enhanced non-stick qualities when used for the first time.

Handle wrapped between two Vosges beechwood parts, finished with beeswax: protects from the heat and simplifies the grip.

Care: Deglaze, rinse with warm water, dry and light oil. Store in a dry place. Do not use any detergent and never wash in the dishwasher.
